Government should immediately stop violence let loose by Karni Sena demanding ban on film Padmawati despite the fact that the film has got clearance ftom censor board and Supreme court.
Popularity of BJP government in entire country and particularly in four states namely Rajasthan, Haryana, MP and Gujarat has been facing continuous erosion due to its failure in maintaining law and order and compliance of order from the highest court of this country.
If BJP government fails to stop violence of Karni Sena now, it will have far reaching repercussions and there is no doubt that it will create anarchy in the country and in future other caste and communal forces will try to disturb country on some point or the other.
Growth agenda of Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi led government will be punctured by divisive forces. Government should therefore try to nip in the bud and stop lawlessness without any further delay. Escalation in violence will make Indian citizens feel BJP not different from congress party which allowed country to burn for many days during Sikh riots of 1984 which erupted after killing of the then prime minister Mrs Indira Gandhi.
I appeal to media men and opponents of BJP government not to add fuel in fire and help government in restoring peace and safety of national property.
