Chief Minister of a state is a key post in the country. CM is public servant like other central government employees. This post has several Constitutional responsibility to discharge.it has obligation towards citizen of the state for whom CM is elected by voters. Public servant cannot be paid any amount without doing any duty.
Arvind Kejriwal is CM of Delhi. He is also supposed to perform some duties to justify his pay package and allowances. He holds a constitutional post . He cannot and should not be allowed to show disrespect to Constitution, to public servants, to judiciary, to police and in general to any government servant. He is not supposed to behave like Kanhaiya Lal and Umar Khalid of JNU or like Rahul Gandhi or Sitaram Yachuri who do not hod any public post.
Kejriwal being head of a state is not supposed to take part in agitational program in Delhi or other states like leaders of opposition parties . He cannot and should not ask students of JNU to start movement against police or any department. His such actions are equivalent to anti- government and clear cut example of disrespect to legal provisions and spirit of law.
Kejriwal is heading a government and bound to ensure execution of existing laws and if needed bring about change in law as per provisions of the Constitution. His negative attitude demoralize entire work force under him and they too are indirectly being taught to be indisciplined .
Criticism is the beauty of democracy, but misuse of freedom and maligning image of the country is undesirable. Government cannot stop criticism but people have to impose self-restraint. Criticism on genuine issues is welcome by all. But making politics on a case of suicide and blaming entire system is an live example of false criticism and interference in police investigation.
It is to be mentioned here that an officer or a low rank staff who speaks against his organization in public domain has to face punitive action as per code of conduct and in line with rules in force there. All employees working under a government has to be loyal , disciplined and follow certain norms of public behavior. AK is CM and we expect some high level decency from him.
Unfortunately , it is Kejriwal who is instigating TV channels and print media to boycott reporting on TV on 9th November in protest against one day ban on NDTV. It tantamount to showing disrespect to lawful order of central government.
There are such many examples which proves that Kejriwal is acting as if Central government is a foreign rule. I condemn his such act and I want that he and his government must follow instructions of central government as other states are doing in unison with policies applicable under federal structure. If at all he has any objection to central policy , he may raise his point at proper forum.
It looks very much odd, humiliating and awkward when a person of the rank of CM is acting against a legally elected and high powerful central government. Kejriwal heading a mob appears ridiculing entire governance module. He has used unconstitutional ways to make laws and policies in Delhi despite High court order contrary to his action. He has abusive and unparliamentary language for Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and many VIPs of the country.
Kejriwal has not only injected poison in the mind of students and government servants, He has also ignited fire even in the minds of judges by saying that their phones are tapped. He is antagonist of central government . He does not respect LG, Constitutional head of Delhi. And so on... He is wondering in other states to provoke people against central government It is not at all good.
After all why one CM heading a smallest state is so much arrogant ,uncivilized and undisciplined in regard to central government which represent 125 crore population of India.
I therefore request PMO to initiate legal action against such defiant CM and save this prestigious post immediately before it is too late.
